Sea Salt Soak

For those of you who work or work out strenously and are sore the next day, here's a recipe you might enjoy. Right now I'm training for a marathon and currently running 11-15 miles on my weekly "long runs". (This leaves me sore the next day.) I found this recipe in one of my natural health books and was amazed at how much better I felt after the soak.

Here's the recipe:

2 cups sea salt
2 cups baking soda
2 cups epsom salt

Fill tub with water, soak for at least 30 minutes.
